Repaint
Refreshing occupied buildings without interrupting them. Night and weekend scheduling, phased work, and low odor systems for offices, facilities, and multi-site portfolios.
Residential Painting
Interior and exterior home painting throughout the greater Triangle area, delivered by commercial trained crews.
Floors and Coatings
Epoxy Flooring
Self leveling, high build, decorative flake, quartz broadcast, chemical resistant, and antimicrobial systems for dealerships, kitchens, clean rooms, warehouses, and garages. Moisture tested, mechanically prepared, and specified to real conditions.
Specialty Coatings
Powder coating, high performance wall and railing systems, rubberized protective coatings, OSHA safety coatings, and stain and clear coat on wood trim, millwork, and ceilings.
Line Striping
Parking lot striping, ADA stalls, fire lanes, and interior facility safety markings including forklift lanes and pedestrian walkways.
Preparation and Building Envelope
Sand Blasting
Abrasive blasting for rust removal, coating removal, masonry restoration, and profile preparation ahead of high performance systems. Specialized equipment, trained operators, and containment.
Drywall Repair
Restoration patching, flood cuts, impact damage, and repair ahead of finish work. Repair scale rather than production hanging, finished so the patch disappears.
Air Barrier & Fluid Applied
Code required continuous air and moisture barriers applied to sheathing before cladding on new commercial construction. A scope no other trade owns.

Why Self Performing Matters to You
When a general contractor buys painting, epoxy, striping, and air barrier from four different subcontractors, the coordination cost lands on the GC, and so does the finger pointing when a sequence breaks down. Every scope we hold in house removes a contract to administer, a certificate of insurance to chase, a submittal package to route, and a schedule to reconcile.
It also removes the seam where quality gets lost. When the crew blasting the steel is the crew coating it, there is no window between contractors for flash rust to form. When the crew repairing the drywall is the crew painting it, nobody argues about whether the patch or the paint caused the visible line. One company owns the outcome from substrate to final coat.
